Te Awamutu, Waikato
Kia ora. My name is Laura, I am a home-based educator and the face behind Laura's Littlies.
I have been working in Early Childhood Education for over 14 years now and can truly call it my passion.
I have a Diploma of Teaching (ECE) as well as my full teaching registration.
I believe that emotional well being is the most important part of ensuring our tamariki grow and develop to their full potential. I have a strong interest in the developmental aspects of early childhood and believe that each child will reach their full potential in their own time, while being given love, support and encouragement.
Learning through play is also something that I feel very strongly about and a very important part of the learning adventure that each child take while in my care. I have my current first aid certificate and both health and safely are very important to me.
I believe that all children should be treated with dignity, respect, love and kindness in every aspect of their life.
