Our children need a hand to hold as they discover the wonder and beauty of the world.

We are now on the hunt for a full-time experienced Centre Manager at our Te Awamutu Centre who is just as curious and eager to learn as our tamariki are.

What you can expect:
Creators Te Awamutu (Waipa) is a licensed early learning centre for 40 children.

As Centre Manager you’ll be inspiring our team to create a culture of:

-       Research and discovery

-       Liaising with local social agencies

-       Working alongside whānau and the wider community

-       Contributing to the centre’s internal evaluation and strategic direction

-       Being the first to celebrate the individuality and potential of every child

-       All with our core philosophy in mind

-       Have Centre management experience

Our Waipa centre features innovative design which encourages beautiful interactions. Relationships are at the heart here, children at Waipa join a very special community which allows them to grow in creativity, empathy and develop a love and respect for papatūānuku. Our inquiry-based curriculum is founded on Christian ethos and values and is strongly inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach. We believe in celebrating the beauty and individuality of every tamariki and their whanau. Our kaiako are passionate about creating a culture of innovative learning which is represented in our beautiful and inspiring learning environments. Our indoor and outdoor spaces reflect the love, respect and honour we have for tamariki. Children are considered equal citizens with an incredible contribution to make to our society. Our kaiako understand children are born capable, competent and strong and this is reflected in everything we do at Creators Waipa.
